ERPDrive is built on an API-first architecture, which means every feature in the platform is accessible through well-documented REST APIs. This approach makes integrations reliable, fast, and easy to maintain.
When you connect ERPDrive with an external tool like Tally, the GST Portal, or WhatsApp, data flows securely between both systems using encrypted API calls. There is no manual file export or import required. For example, when you generate an invoice in ERPDrive, the corresponding voucher can be automatically posted in Tally. When a dispatch is created, an e-way bill is generated on the government portal without you having to log in separately.
All integrations use real-time or near-real-time sync, meaning your data is always up to date across systems. Sync logs are maintained within ERPDrive so you can audit every data exchange, troubleshoot issues, and verify that nothing was missed. If a sync fails due to a network issue or an API timeout, the system automatically retries and alerts you if manual intervention is needed.
Every integration is included in all ERPDrive plans at no additional cost. There are no per-integration fees, no premium tiers for API access, and no limits on the number of API calls you can make. This ensures that as your business grows and you connect more tools, your costs remain predictable.
